Discount Builders Merchants was founded in 1995 in Gravesend, Kent. Founded by Mr Francis Kane.

As a family owned business we pride ourselves on the quality of customer service, range and availability of products we carry in stock.  We are stockists of a huge range of trusted brands.

In the early 1990’s, Discount Builders merchants specialised in aggregate and timber. The company has since evolved and developed to cater for all your trade and DIY needs. In recent years, the company has moved into the groundworks industry providing contractors with a one stop shop.

Discount Builders Merchants prides itself on being one of the largest independent builder’s merchants operating in the southeast. Our 3-acre site helps keep a large stock holding  for everything our customers require with a fast and efficient delivery service.

Our Location 

Located ideally just outside the M25 in Northfleet, Kent gives us easy access into London and surrounding areas. On site we have ample parking available for all our customers with thousands of products in stock to cater for every need.

  Our services range from Timber and sheet cutting, Brick matching, Special orders and a first-class delivery service. We host a large fleet of 26t, 7.5t and 3.5t vehicles to cater for everyone’s delivery needs.
